Free Domestic and Canadian Shipping

For a limited time, Kalimba Magic is offering free shipping to locations in the US and Canada, and $11 flat rate shipping to other international destinations. Take advantage of this special deal while it lasts! You don't need any coupon codes, you just go to The Kalimba Magic Shop and order your stuff, and when you check out you will see.... "Shipping $0.01" - OK, it is almost free shipping.

At the present time, we are keeping up with the shipping and are not backed up. Domestically, we send our kalimbas via US Priority Mail. Orders placed by December 20 at noon should get to your domestic US address before Christmas.

International orders are shipped via First Class Mail International, and at this point any international orders will probably not make it before Christmas. You can always print a photo of what you ordered and place it in an envelope and hope the kalimba gets there before New Years.

Building Your Own Kalimba: Friday Tips by Ian Clothier

Ian Clothier will walk you through the step-by-step details of how he makes kalimbas. His explanations are easy to understand, and the process is helped by his clear photographs. Having a well-stocked workshop helps, but he also gives you ideas for how you might do things with less advanced tools - like a brick and an old piece of sand paper! After all, the people in Africa who made kalimbas over a thousand years ago didn't exactly have power tools!
