All is Calm All is Bright CALMING10

As the new owner of Kalimba Magic, I’ve just completed my first month with inspiring challenges and good times. I have done my best to get orders received mailed out as quickly as possible. Most orders were fulfilled within 24 hours. Some I was able to mail out the same day received and some I had to be patient and wait for post office to reopen. I haven’t set shipping dates yet for I am hoping to continue doing quick turnarounds. One of the orders I was very pleased with the opportunity to hand deliver the kalimbas myself to a customer and learn more about the customer’s music store. I also got to see how my products are displayed for a vendor for we do wholesale. It was an interesting experience to see instruments from all around the world.

Also orders with kalimbas received Bubbie Bags with a magnet and a chain that creates the effect of playing the African Karimba, for the African Karimba contain buzzers. They might become available to order soon. I haven’t decided fully when I will start selling them, but currently they are free gifts with each kalimba ordered. Some customers have shared their appreciation for the Bubbie Bags.

I have a limited stock remaining of Hugh Tracey kalimbas and marimbas. Currently they are no longer being made, and I am in communication with AMI about their Hugh Tracey’s.

Kalimbas make wonderful gifts for young and old alike. The kalimbas are therapeutic and soothing. My wife who has FND and is autistic loves to play the kalimba, and they help calm her anxiety. She has been taking them with her as she goes to medical and therapy appointments and plays it in the car, in the waiting room and in counseling sessions. The 5 tine chordal kalimbas, 7 tine kalimba and the 9 tine kalimba are very fitting for my wife as she plays them and she has not had anyone complain or ask her to stop playing it. Some enjoy the kalimba and ask if they may see it. It is interesting how many people do not know about the kalimba.
