This song itself shows the typical progression for songs in this book. The easiest songs in this collection are single note melodies. Then come simple harmonies. And then comes melodies fully integrated with harmony or counterpoint. The kalimba is a cool instrument, because you can recreate so much more of a song than just the melody. It can synthesize much of the body of the song.
