Tablature and Video for “The Big Vibration”: Alto, 17/C, and 10/C Kalimbas

About 10 years ago, I made a YouTube video of a song that I wrote, called “The Big Vibration”.

Customer D. Smith requested the tablature to this song, but the link in the YouTube description went to a webpage that doesn’t exist anymore. So, I told them that I would redo the tablature. And here is page one of the tablature – if you click on the below tablature image, you will be able to download a PDF of the tablature for Alto Kalimba, 17-Note Kalimba in C, and for 10-Note Kalimba in C.

BTW, the 10-Note Kalimba has way fewer notes than the Alto Kalimba – so I shift some of the notes down an octave, and otherwise tweak the song… but it is definitely the same song. The 17-Note Kalimba in C has two notes more than the Alto Kalimba, so those top two notes will be unused in this song.

Another caveat: this is not exactly the way I play the song in the video, but the way I hear this song now. This song also has words, which are not in the video… and the song is repeated in a story I tell, called “The Big Vibration”. But that will be revealed at a later date.
